l\u2019ensemble de notre r\u00e9seau ferroviaire est l\u2019une des principales missions que nous conf\u00e8re la convention de concession sign\u00e9e avec l\u2019Etat du Cameroun le 19 janvier 1999. Ce volet transport Voyageurs est assur\u00e9 par la Direction MOBIRAIL.<\/p><p>Les conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de vente (tarifs, horaires, etc.) sont d\u00e9finies et adopt\u00e9es par le Comit\u00e9 de Transport Voyageurs (CTV) qui regroupe en son sein CAMRAIL et les repr\u00e9sentants de l\u2019Etat.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"wpr-acc-panel-content\"><p>Dans le cadre de la mise en \u0153uvre de sa politique de privatisation des entreprises publiques et parapubliques, l\u2019Etat a sign\u00e9 avec CAMRAIL en date du 19 janvier 1999, une Convention de concession par laquelle il lui a conc\u00e9d\u00e9 l\u2019exploitation de l\u2019activit\u00e9 ferroviaire au Cameroun. Le 03 d\u00e9cembre 2003, une Convention de Transport Voyageurs a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9e entre l\u2019Etat et CAMRAIL. Cette Convention d\u00e9finit d\u2019une part, un plan de transport voyageurs et d\u2019autre part, met en place une subvention d\u2019\u00e9quilibre et cr\u00e9e un Comit\u00e9 de Transport Voyageurs pour le suivi des activit\u00e9s de ce service. Convention de Concession et Subvention Dans le cadre de la mise en \u0153uvre de sa politique de privatisation des entreprises publiques et parapubliques, l\u2019Etat a sign\u00e9 avec CAMRAIL en date du 19 janvier 1999, une Convention de concession par laquelle il lui a conc\u00e9d\u00e9 l\u2019exploitation de l\u2019activit\u00e9 ferroviaire au Cameroun. Les accords conclus entre le Conc\u00e9dant et les bailleurs de fonds ont abouti au Protocole d\u2019Accord sign\u00e9 le 08 Mars 2002, les Parties ont convenu de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 l\u2019identification de toutes les recettes et de toutes les charges inh\u00e9rentes \u00e0 l\u2019ex\u00e9cution du service voyageurs, de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 l\u2019individualisation comptable de l\u2019activit\u00e9 de transport voyageurs au sein de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 concessionnaire, afin de d\u00e9terminer le niveau r\u00e9el du d\u00e9ficit engendr\u00e9 par cette activit\u00e9 et envisager sa couverture \u00e0 travers une subvention d\u2019\u00e9quilibre. Conventions ult\u00e9rieures et modernisation En vue de ce r\u00e9sultat, l\u2019Etat s\u2019est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 assurer sous forme de subvention, le d\u00e9ficit de ce volet de l\u2019exploitation, apr\u00e8s n\u00e9gociation avec CAMRAIL et en accord avec l\u2019ensemble des Bailleurs de fonds.
