arr\u00eate un nouveau programme d\u2019investissements en r\u00e9partissant leur prise en charge entre l\u2019Etat et CAMRAIL.<\/p><p>Le programme a consist\u00e9 dans les travaux suivants\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li>Renouvellement de la section Batchenga \u2013 Ka\u2019a (du PK 319 au PK 457, soit 138 km)\u00a0;<\/li><li>Renouvellement des entr\u00e9es et sorties de Douala (17Km) et de Yaound\u00e9 (20 Km), 350.000 m\u00e8tres de rails de 54 Kg\u00a0;<\/li><li>Equipement de traverses bi-bloc.<\/li><\/ul><p>Au cours du PQ1, CAMRAIL avec le concours de l\u2019Etat a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9ouverture et \u00e0 l\u2019exploitation de la carri\u00e8re d\u2019Ebaka, produisant le ballast ainsi que les traverses bi blocs n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la La convention de concession sign\u00e9e le 19 janvier 1999 pr\u00e9voyait le d\u00e9ploiement d\u2019un premier programme\u00a0quinquennal d\u2019investissements (amend\u00e9e par un avenant en date du 15 d\u00e9cembre 1999) comportant deux composantes :<\/p><ul><li>Programme d\u2019investissement d\u2019urgence (PIU) de 7,6 milliards de FCFA, en autofinancement en 1999\/2000 ;<\/li><li>Programme d\u2019investissement Prioritaire (PIP) de 34,4 milliards de FCFA, financ\u00e9 \u00e0 hauteur de 26.7 milliards de FCFA par des bailleurs et 7.7 milliards de FCFA en autofinancement, \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser entre 2000 et 2005. Soit un total de 42 milliards FCFA.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6c69d72 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6c69d72\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;ekit_we_effect_on&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ces programmes lanc\u00e9s en 2002, et mis en \u0153uvre entre 2002 et 2007, ont port\u00e9 sur le renouvellement de la section Ka\u2019a &#8211; B\u00e9labo (PK 446 au PK 556).<\/p><p>soit 110 Km) et l\u2019\u00e9quipement pour partie en rail de 30 Kg et 54 Kg. L\u2019enveloppe initiale est pass\u00e9e de 42 milliards de FCFA \u00e0 62,1 milliards de FCFA dont :<\/p><ul><li><b>15,6 milliards au titre du PIU et du PIC (Programme d\u2019Investissements Compl\u00e9mentaires) ;<\/b><\/li><li><b>46,5 milliards au titre du PIP.<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p>Le PIP a \u00e9t\u00e9 achev\u00e9 fin 2008.
