Une nouvelle cuv\u00e9e en gestation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vingt collaborateurs, inscrits \u00e0 la 3\u1d49 \u00e9dition du programme, ont officiellement entam\u00e9 leur parcours le mardi 27 janvier 2026, lors d\u2019une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par le Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral adjoint \u2013 Op\u00e9rations, Hamadou BAKARY, en pr\u00e9sence de nombreux membres du Comit\u00e9 de Direction et de deux repr\u00e9sentants de SITARAIL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019entr\u00e9e en formation de la cuv\u00e9e 2026 du Young Talent Rail Program (YTRP) vient renforcer l\u2019engagement de CAMRAIL en faveur de la p\u00e9rennisation et de la transmission de son savoir-faire m\u00e9tier. En ouverture de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, Jean-Jores ELONG, Directeur des Ressources humaines, a rappel\u00e9 l\u2019ambition de l\u2019entreprise : \u00ab Nous investissons dans nos talents de demain. Ici, on ne forme pas pour former : on forme pour transformer, pour conduire des projets concrets, pour faire avancer CAMRAIL. \u00bb \u00c0 sa suite, le DGA\/Op\u00e9rations, Hamadou BAKARY, a f\u00e9licit\u00e9 la DRH pour la p\u00e9rennisation de ce programme et salu\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sence des coll\u00e8gues de SITARAIL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qu\u2019est-ce que le YTRP ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Young Talent Rail Program est un parcours de d\u00e9veloppement destin\u00e9 aux talents identifi\u00e9s au sein du management interm\u00e9diaire, dont le potentiel laisse envisager une \u00e9volution vers des postes d\u2019encadrement \u00e0 court ou moyen terme.
