Les futurs Managers embarqu\u00e9s dans la conduite du changement"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le cadre du Young Talent Rail Program, 20 chefs d\u2019unit\u00e9s ont pris part, du 11 au 13 mai 2026, au module 4 consacr\u00e9 au r\u00f4le du manager dans la conduite du changement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anim\u00e9e par Jean-Jaur\u00e8s ELONG, Directeur des Ressources Humaines de CAMRAIL, cette s\u00e9quence de formation vise \u00e0 outiller les futurs responsables techniques face aux transformations op\u00e9rationnelles, humaines et organisationnelles de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9parer les managers aux mutations de CAMRAIL<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le renouvellement des effectifs engag\u00e9 depuis 2023, le d\u00e9ploiement de nouveaux syst\u00e8mes d\u2019information, l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9vation du niveau d\u2019exigence op\u00e9rationnelle et l\u2019alignement progressif aux standards d\u2019AGL placent la conduite du changement au c\u0153ur des priorit\u00e9s manag\u00e9riales de CAMRAIL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est dans cette dynamique que s\u2019est tenu, dans la salle de conf\u00e9rences du hall de la gare de Bessengue, le quatri\u00e8me module du Young Talent Rail Program, intitul\u00e9 \u00ab Le manager et la dimension du changement \u00bb. Cette session a r\u00e9uni 20 chefs d\u2019unit\u00e9s appel\u00e9s \u00e0 occuper, \u00e0 moyen terme, des responsabilit\u00e9s manag\u00e9riales accrues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une p\u00e9dagogie active et exp\u00e9rientielle<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendant trois jours, les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 amen\u00e9s \u00e0 explorer les diff\u00e9rentes dimensions du changement \u00e0 travers des apports th\u00e9oriques, des \u00e9tudes de cas, des exercices individuels et collectifs, ainsi que des \u00e9changes d\u2019exp\u00e9riences. L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait de permettre aux apprenants de mieux d\u00e9finir le changement, d\u2019en identifier les formes dans leur environnement professionnel, de comprendre les principaux mod\u00e8les de conduite du changement et de choisir les postures manag\u00e9riales les plus adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 leur contexte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le module a \u00e9galement mis l\u2019accent sur la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 structurer une d\u00e9marche compl\u00e8te : diagnostic, plan d\u2019action, communication, pilotage, identification des facteurs de r\u00e9ussite et ancrage durable des transformations dans les pratiques quotidiennes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des outils directement exploitables sur le terrain<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 l\u2019issue de la formation, chaque participant est reparti avec une grille de diagnostic de son \u00e9quipe, un canevas de plan de conduite du changement et une trame de communication adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 ses agents. L\u2019enjeu est clair : transformer les d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s au d\u00e9part progressif des seniors et \u00e0 la perte potentielle de savoir-faire en opportunit\u00e9s de mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tence pour la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration recrut\u00e9e depuis 2023. Ce module pose ainsi les bases d\u2019un accompagnement manag\u00e9rial plus structur\u00e9.
