As part of its sustainable development policy, CAMRAIL has forged partnerships with Cameroonian universities and business schools (ESSEC in Douala, Ecole Polytechnique in Yaoundé, UCAM ICAM, Université des Montagnes, etc.). Hundreds of students a year are supervised as part of various internships. CAMRAIL sponsors various activities linked to student training and organizes open days to showcase its know-how and the rail business lines likely to be of interest to young higher education graduates. Since May 2017, CAMRAIL has signed a Partnership Agreement with the Center for Professional and Continuing Education La Salle in Douala. With a renewable term of 2 years, it provides for the training of young Cameroonian graduates in basic railway trades, according to CAMRAIL's needs, the latter being recruited by the company.
