24 hours in advance, shippers must inform the departure station by specifying the number of wagons and the date on which they wish to obtain the equipment.

24 hours in advance, shippers must inform the departure station by specifying the number of wagons and the date on which they wish to obtain the equipment. The request must include the name of the destination station and the characteristics of the cargo: nature, qualities, dimensions, weight and/or volume, the risks inherent in the goods and the corresponding precautions taken by the shippers.
Loading and unloading
The loading and unloading time is 6 hours. This includes loading and all necessary checks, sealing and presentation of the completed declaration at the station.
Wagon supply
The provision of wagons is effective when applicants complete all formalities and pay all related fees. If the customer has not completed all the required formalities and paid all the charges two hours before the deadline for making the wagons available, CAMRAIL reserves the right to immediately reassign the wagons to another customer.
