Train tickets can be purchased at CAMRAIL ticket offices in all stations.

Tickets can also be purchased online via our partner KIWOTI' s website, or in self-service mode on the MyCamrail website. KIWOTI or self-service on site MyCamrail.
In addition to ticket offices in passenger stations, we have a network of sales outlets for travel tickets in Cameroon's main cities, through our approved partners.

Terms and conditions of sale
The rail passenger transport service has adopted general terms and conditions of sale. Their purpose is to define the terms and conditions under which CAMRAIL provides the Service and to govern its contractual relations with the Customer.
Any Service thus entrusted to CAMRAIL implies acceptance, without reservation, by the Customer of these TCS, as well as, where applicable, of the rates and special conditions relating to the services in question.
CAMRAIL reserves the right to modify these TCS without restriction or reservation, or to supplement them with special conditions. The new TCS will be applicable as soon as they have been notified to the Customer, notably by simple insertion on quotations, estimates,, statements of availability, declarations, invoices, from the stipulated date. No special conditions or other general conditions emanating from the Customer may, unless expressly accepted in writing by CAMRAIL, take precedence over these TCS.
